As a complement to our traditional offerings, Astorino offers architect-led Design/Build services, providing owners with a single-source responsibility for their entire project. The Design/Build approach allows many design, engineering, construction and permitting activities to occur simultaneously resulting in lower costs and less time. As an architect-led offering, we place more emphasis on quality design than the typical contractor-led Design/Build entity. We employ site management and laborers, typically self-performing the carpentry portion of construction and subcontracting other trades to reputable contractors directly under contract to Astorino.
