Astorino provided architectural and engineering services for the relocation of the headquarters of the West Penn AAA into an existing building – the Motor Square Garden, an 1898 building on the National Register of Historic Places.

The project involved the integration of state-of-the-art systems, including new HVAC and electrical systems, into the facility, while respecting and preserving the existing historic fabric. Astorino redesigned the space for corporate offices, emergency road service dispatchers, telemarketing operations, and full retail services typically provided by the AAA. The renovation breathed new life into the century-old facility, and created a prominent identity for a long-standing regional company.
